To assist you, we have also compiled a list of responses to frequently asked questions about the process used to sign up for Crescendo services.
GiftLegacy Related Terms
Subscribers to Crescendo's GiftLegacy service must complete and sign a "GiftLegacy 4.0 Letter of Agreement" and return a copy to Crescendo. GiftLegacy Subscribers agree to the GiftLegacy Terms and Services and the Crescendo Software License Agreement.

Subscribers featuring an "Online Wills Planner" on their GiftLegacy planned giving website must agree to additional terms. Please note Crescendo can deactivate or activate the Online Wills Planning feature upon request.
GiftLaw Related Terms
Subscribers to the GiftLaw service must sign and return a signed "GiftLaw Letter of Agreement" to Crescendo. GiftLaw subscribers agree to the GiftLaw Terms and Services. Please note these terms are for the stand-alone GiftLaw service and are not applicable to GiftLegacy subscribers.
GiftCollege Related Terms
Crescendo's online video education program for planned giving staff is known as "GiftCollege." GiftCollege users must agree to the GiftCollege terms when accessing their GiftCollege account.
Crescendo Software License Agreement
Licensed users of Crescendo's planned giving software as a stand-alone service will agree to the Crescendo Software License Agreement when either: (1) installing Crescendo's CD-based software; or (2) accessing the licensed user's cloud-based software account.
Custom Design and Print Services
Organizations that have contracted with Crescendo for custom design work (and related print services offered in conjunction with a third-party print company) will agree to our standard Commercial Print Agreement.
European Union Privacy (GDPR) Compliance
Organizations that use any Crescendo services in ways regulated by the European Union's General Data Privacy Regulation ("GDPR") must also agree to the EU Data Processing Addendum for Crescendo Services. These terms are incorporated by reference as part of the GiftLegacy Terms and Services, GiftLaw Terms and Services and the Crescendo Software License Agreement.
