Senior Web Designer
Crescendo Interactive, Inc. is the largest provider of gift planning and blended gifts marketing solutions. Founded in 1984 and based in Camarillo, California, we are the preferred service provider among colleges, universities, healthcare organizations, social service institutions, faith organizations, professional advisors and other nonprofit organizations. Our product line includes software and marketing tools such as websites, email services, print literature, promotional videos and social media content.
The Senior Web Designer will be responsible for designing and coding websites, emails and microsites. The successful candidate will work with Crescendo programmers, marketing coordinators and clients.
The candidate must have a fine eye for design detail and excellent communication skills. The candidate must be able to work independently and change tasks quickly based on shifts in priorities or urgent deadlines. All candidates are required to show a portfolio of their work.
- Design and/or code websites, microsites, emails and other projects.
- You must know how to hand-code HTML & CSS
- Gauge the usability of new and existing products and make constructive suggestions for change
- Ability to create comps based on knowledge of design principles, including layout, color selection and typography
- Some print design
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- Advanced design skills
- HTML and CSS knowledge
- InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop & Illustrator
- Experience with print design is a plus
