Advanced Gift Annuity
The year 2008 will be a great year for gift annuities.

With the Federal Reserve lowering interest rates, CD rates will be declining. Because CD rates are moving lower, seniors will look for safe ways to increase income. Taking one-third of their CDs and acquiring 8% or 9% gift annuities will greatly increase their income.
