Mortgage Rates at New Record Low
Freddie Mac reported mortgaged rates reaching a new record low this week. The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage (FRM) averaged 4.32%, down from last week when it averaged 4.36%. Last year at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 5.08%. More >>
