2008 ACGA Rates

At the ACGA Conference in Chicago on April 3, 2008, new gift annuity rates effective July 1, 2008 were announced.

With the decline in general interest rates and the applicable federal rate, the ACGA Rates Committee decided to lower recommended annuity rates. Gift annuity payouts for most ages will be 0.2% to 0.4% lower.

Many charities will suggest to donors that they fund gift annuities prior to the end of June to benefit from the current higher gift annuity rates.

Crescendo Software Release 2008.3 will be sent to users by the end of June and will include the new rates effective in July.
